The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the official notification for CRP RRBs XIV Recruitment 2025. This recruitment drive offers opportunities in Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) across India for Group “B” – Office Assistants (Multipurpose) and Group “A” – Officers (Scale I, II & III). Educational Eligibility Criteria
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Proficiency in local language required. Computer knowledge desirable.
- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Preference for degrees in Agriculture, IT, Management, Law, Economics, Accountancy.
- Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer): Graduation with 50% marks + 2 years as an Officer in a Bank/Financial Institution.
- Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officers):
- IT Officer: B.Tech in Electronics/CS/IT + 1 year exp.
- Chartered Accountant: CA + 1 year exp.
- Law Officer: Degree in Law + 2 years exp.
- Treasury Manager: CA/MBA Finance + 1 year exp.
- Marketing Officer: MBA Marketing + 1 year exp.
- Agricultural Officer: Degree in Agriculture/related field + 2 years exp.
- Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Graduation with 50% marks + 5 years as an Officer in Bank/Financial Institution.
Age Limit (as on 01.09.2025)
- Office Assistant: 18 – 28 years
- Officer Scale I: 18 – 30 years
- Officer Scale II: 21 – 32 years
- Officer Scale III: 21 – 40 years
Age relaxation as per Govt. rules (SC/ST – 5 yrs, OBC – 3 yrs, PwBD – 10 yrs, Ex-Servicemen, etc.)
