Do You Qualify? Educational Eligibility Criteria
Check the minimum qualification needed for each post (all posts require a Bachelor’s Degree):
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Any Bachelor’s Degree. Crucially, proficiency in the local language is required. Computer knowledge is a bonus!
- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Any Bachelor’s Degree. Candidates with degrees in Agriculture, IT, Law, etc., get preference.
- Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer): Graduation with 50% marks + 2 years of experience as an Officer in a Bank/Financial Institution.
- Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officers): Specialized degree (e.g., B.Tech in IT, CA, Law Degree, MBA) plus relevant work experience (1 to 2 years) is mandatory.
- Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Graduation with 50% marks + 5 years of experience as an Officer in a Bank/Financial Institution.

There are different age limits for different roles (Age relaxation applies as per Government rules for SC/ST, OBC, PwBD, etc.):
- Office Assistant: 18 – 28 years
- Officer Scale I: 18 – 30 years
- Officer Scale II: 21 – 32 years

Selection Process: How Will You Get Selected?
- Office Assistants & Officer Scale I: This involves a two-stage process: Preliminary Exam followed by the Main Exam.
- Officer Scale II & III: This is a one-stage process: A Single Exam followed by an Interview.
