Eligibility Criteria (Educational Qualification & Experience)

  • Superintending Engineer (Production): Graduate Engineering with 65% + 4 yrs exp. OR PG in Petroleum Engg with 60% + 4 yrs exp.
  • Senior Officer (Engineering – Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical/E&C/Petroleum): BE/BTech (4 yrs) with 65% marks.
  • Senior Officer (Chemical): PG in Chemistry with 60% + PCM in graduation.
  • Senior Accounts Officer: Associate Member of ICAI/ICMAI.
  • Senior Officer (IT): BE/BTech in CS/IT with 65%.
  • Senior Officer (HR): MBA/PGDM/PG in HR/PM/IR/Labour Welfare with 60%.
  • Senior Officer (Security): Graduate + 2 yrs relevant service exp.
  • Confidential Secretary: Graduate + Diploma in Secretarial Practice + 2 yrs exp.
  • Hindi Officer: PG in Hindi + 3 yrs exp in Rajbhasha work.

Age Limit (As of 26.09.2025)

  • Grade C: UR/EWS – 32/34 yrs; SC – 37/39 yrs
  • Grade B: UR/EWS – 27–29 yrs; OBC – 30–32 yrs; SC/ST – 32–34 yrs
  • Grade A: UR – 29 yrs; OBC – 30 yrs; SC/ST – 32 yrs
  • Relaxations: SC/ST – 5 yrs; OBC-NCL – 3 yrs; PwBD – as per norms; Ex-SM – 5 yrs; PhD holders – 3 yrs.
