AND
Must possess one of the following valid professional training qualifications in Special Education and have a valid RCI CRR No.:
- 2-year Diploma in Special Education (D.Ed./D.P.S.E.) in any category (e.g., Mental Retardation, Hearing Impairment, Visual Impairment).
- Primary Level Teacher Training course in Visual Impairment.
- Diploma in Hearing Language and Speech (DHLS) with a 6-month Certificate Course in Education of Children with Special Needs.
