Educational Eligibility Criteria
Paper I (Classes I–V)
- Higher Secondary (or equivalent) with 50% marks and passed/appearing in final year of 2-year D.El.Ed.
- Higher Secondary with 45% marks and passed/appearing in final year of 2-year D.El.Ed. (as per NCTE 2002 norms).
- Higher Secondary with 50% marks and passed/appearing in final year of 4-year B.El.Ed.
- Higher Secondary with 50% marks and passed/appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).
Paper II (Classes VI–VIII)
- Graduation and passed/appearing in final year of 2-year D.El.Ed.
- Graduation with 50% marks and passed/appearing in final year of B.Ed. / B.Ed. (Special Education).
- Graduation with 45% marks and passed/appearing in final year of B.Ed. (as per NCTE norms).
- Higher Secondary with 50% marks and passed/appearing in final year of 4-year B.El.Ed. or 4-year B.A./B.Sc. Ed. or B.A. Ed./B.Sc. Ed.
- B.E. + B.Ed. candidates are eligible for Mathematics & Science optional in Paper II.
Reservation/Relaxation: Up to 5% relaxation in qualifying marks for SC, SC(A), ST, BC, BC(M), MBC/DNC and PwD candidates.
Age Limit
