Salary Structure / Pay Scale - The Life of an Officer!
Selected candidates will be granted a Permanent Commission and appointed as a Lieutenant upon successful completion of training. Here is a look at the initial ranks and pay:

The Road to Commission: Selection Process
There is No Written Exam for this entry. Selection is entirely based on your academic merit and performance in the Service Selection Board (SSB) Interview.

- SSB Interview: Shortlisted candidates attend a 5-Day Services Selection Board Interview. This is a comprehensive evaluation covering Psychological Tests, Group Testing Tasks, and a Personal Interview.
- Medical Examination: Candidates recommended by the SSB undergo a thorough medical test.
